1. Format & Scoring
Team Structure: 2-Man Scramble. Both players tee off, the best shot is selected, and both play from that spot until the ball is holed.
Software: All rounds will be played on Trackman technology.
Courses: Competition will take place on the "Top 10" courses as featured on the All Season Birdies website (specific weekly course rotation to be announced).
Gimmies: Fixed at 8 feet (or facility standard) to keep pace of play moving.
2. The Prize Pot
Cash Payout: The total pot starts at $500.
Scaling: As the field grows, the pot increases—reaching $1,000 once 40 teams are registered.
Payout Structure: [Insert split, e.g., 1st Place: 70% | 2nd Place: 30%].
3. Practice Round Discounts (The "Contestant Perk")
Justin is offering a special rate to help you dial in your game, with strict guidelines:
Eligibility: Only registered tournament contestants qualify for the discounted hourly rate.
Restriction: The discount applies only to the specific course being played for the current tournament week. (e.g., If the tournament is at St. Andrews that week, you cannot use the discount to play Bethpage Black).
Booking: Practice rounds must be booked in advance and are subject to bay availability.
4. Scheduling & Participation
Weekly Rounds: Teams must complete their 18-hole tournament round within the designated Monday–Sunday window each week.
Trackman Profiles: All players are encouraged to use a Trackman account to ensure score validation and handicap tracking.
Honesty Policy: Any sign of "sandbagging" or manual score manipulation will result in immediate disqualification without a refund.
5. Logistics
Start Date: Monday, May 4th, 2026.
Entry Fee: $100 due upon registration or before the first tee time.
Liquor License: Note: All Season Birdies is currently in the licensing process. Please check with staff regarding current beverage policies.
